I have had problems for the last 3 months ,with, what I thought was my computer. The crew at Netburner tried everything in their power and even borrowed some from up above at times to help me. I've had Thoroughbred and bell south internet services and both providers said I had a bad modem, or even a bad system. Granted its old, I still had doubts. I did however install a new modem and guess what? Same old thing, slow connection, NO CONNECTION!, disconnects, you name it. Then I found NETBURNER. They got it right off the bat!!!! PHONE LINES. Yes, I did have bellsouth out several times. 4 to be exact, then NETBURNER had me take my system to my cousin's and see what happens. You guessed it! It worked great. Once again the phone repairman was out again, after telling them my story, they found something wrong, (of course). Now thanks to the crew at NETBURNER I'm up and running. The moral of this story........There's others, then there's the greatest, NETBURNER!!

1- No, eventhou I've not had the netburner service but for a short while,

I've seen it to be great... My friends recommend your internet service

highly, keep up the great work!

2- The night I signed up with netburner I found the staff to be extremely

nice and helpful!

3- Yes I was told about the e-mail billing!

5- All I can say with this question is keep up the fantasic work!

6- The only suggestion that I would like to voice would be to have a 24/7

alerts or connection problems like this, you will be in business a long time

with this approach

Here's the answers to your questions:

1. We have not experienced any problems with your service at all. The only problems we have had have been with MSN messenger.

2. Your staff has been very helpful. I am very dumb when it comes to all this stuff and they don't even laugh at me.

3. No, I was not told that my bills would be sent to my EMAIL address, but that is no problem. I guess I just print them out and mail them with my check?

4. We have already recommended your service to as many people as we know in this area that are on the web.

5. Keep up the good work!

6. If you have any info for using the web the easy way I sure would appreciate having it sent to me.

I just want to let you guy's know that before I signed on with netburner

I looked at other places for services and I can honesty say that netburner

was and is the cheapest and the company that has the nicest people and the

most helpful people that I had found and I just want to thank you for

providing the best internet service out there.


I really like your internet service. Its faster than the one I had before, easy to use, and yes I would and will recommend it to others. The tech help is also helpful.

As of this time we are not having any problems with the service, the staff have been great with us, we would highly recommend your service to our family and friends.
